The best thing you can do is ring us, and we can send someone out to do a site check for you. Depending on your location there may be a fee to cover gas costs however getting a site check done may be the best way to save yourself hundreds of dollars in the long run.

Time is Valuable: Trucks and cranes operate on an hourly basis, which means any additional travel time due to site access issues can result in extra charges. For example- if a truck/ carrier has to drive an hour to get to your site to find out he can’t actually get at the item they’re there to collect due to site access challenges. They will then drive an hour back to the depot and you’d be charged a total of 2.5 hours (x1 hour there, x1 hour back and halve an hour for time on site assessing) which would need to be paid for by yourself. You wouldn’t have even had any work done yet. Therefore it is best to have confirmation that yes the site is ready prior to making any booking.
